Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Little Larkspur Designs for your yarn and knitting needs. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.

Returns:

All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us. 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at anna@littlelarkspur.com.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Little Larkspur Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package by providing all relevant information available.
